Let the countdown begin
Posted at 12:37pm | Leave a commentWe have less than four days until we are alone in this house. Finally. We’re a family of four, we should not all be in the same room. Javy’s uncle bought a fridge a little smaller than my mom’s, but big enough for us, for $150 so we’re good there. Javy also told me on the phone right now that my mom is also going to give us the coffee table, end tables, lamps and bookshelf where we keep our dry foods, along with the couches as long as we get her brakes done. Maybe she’s not so bad after all lol. That takes a little of the stress off because we thought she was just going to give us the couches.
Tonight after we cash my check we have to go get a few small things, probably from Target. I’m trying to remember what all we need. I know we have to get pots and pans, a trash can, and silverware, but that’s all can think of at the moment.
I’ve been looking at a few websites about couponing and once a month cooking. I know I want to do the whole coupon thing because I know I can save a lot of money with them, we’ve done it before. I’m thinking about doing the once a month cooking when they move out. I figure I’ll give it a shot and if it works for us awesome. If it doesn’t work, then oh well it doesn’t work, but at least I tried it.
On a last, unrelated not, my vicadin has been making me itchy like crazy.
