Last Tuesday I put in my 2 weeks at Taco Bell. Unfortunately my RGM was on a one week vacation, and I didn’t know. Today is the day she comes back. I’m nervous to go back to work tonight. I don’t know how she is going to react. The managers that do know about it think that she will work with me on my hours, which is the main reason for my leaving. I never get any time with my family, mostly Javy. He comes in the door and then I’m out the door almost right away and it sucks. We’ll see what happens when I get to work tonight what happens. If she doesn’t work with me then Tuesday will be my last day.

Normally I don’t get the chance to make dinner for Javy and the kids, which I’ve felt horrible about. But yesterday and today I’ve been able to make dinner, or at least start it. Last night was a yummy pasta I got from Rachael Ray’s Big Orange Book. Tonight is going to be green enchiladas. I’m boiling the chicken as we speak, er I mean type? Whatever. I’m also making some uber delicious brownies that I made for Taco Bell’s “Christmas party” last month. They’re called knock you naked brownies. I’m ALL over the mother n wife thing right now lol.

Other than that not too much going on lately, except planning JJ’s birthday party. His 2nd birthday is on the 15th and his party is on the 20th. I made the invitations over the weekend, I just need to get the right paper, print them out and hopefully get them sent/handed out this weekend. The party theme is Yo Gabba Gabba, but nobody we know knows what the hell it is lol. Even the ones with kids JJ’s age! Well they’re going to find out soon. JJ LOVES that show. It’s a unique theme and nobody else we know is going to do it, so I’m happy with it.

Gotta go check the chicken and finish off the brownies :D

I’m a little shocked that my site is still up. Thank you Randi for not deleting it, even though my posts are so random and far apart.

So here it is, a new year, 2010, can you believe it? I can’t. Last year went by so fast, it’s unbelievable. I guess when everyday is pretty much the same thing, days can run together causing them to go by really fast. Where do I start on what’s been going on?

I guess I’ll start wirh work. I’m still not a shift leader yet, but they keep telling me yes I will be promoted. Talk about lagging it! I’ve been waiting for this for about 6 or 7 months, I’ve been working there 8 months. Other than that, not too much else to say there. We’ve had so many new workers come and go, we’re taking bets on how long each new person will last lol. Not really, but we should.

Christmas was good, the kids got some good stuff. Serena was disapointed because she didn’t get any toys from Javy’s side of the family, but she got some cute clothes. Santa brought her some toys, so she was happy with that. I worked both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, but luckily we closed early both days and I got home with plenty of time on both days.

You know what sucks? I started this post a couple days ago, knowing exactly what I wanted to talk about and now I’m drawing a big fat blank. I know I do want to say that I’m hoping I can post even more now. I know I say that a lot, but now we have a laptop so it’s easier for me to be on the computer. For some reason JJ doesn’t bug as much as when I’m on the desktop. Whatever works right?

Well since I have no idea what I intended this entry to be about, I’ll end it here.

Not too much lately going on. Just working and sleeping mostly. I’ve been having Friday and Saturday nights off for a while, which is nice. Hopefully I have next Friday and Saturday off too, for Halloween. We finally got the kids costumes on Wednesday. Serena really wanted to be the lil mermaid, but they didn’t have her size so she settled for snow white. JJ is going to be a boxer which fits him perfectly because he loves playing “pow-pow”. If I remember I’ll post pics next week.

Tuesday at work we have a CER, which basically and long ass inspection to make sure things are running the way they should be and clean and whatever else. The next few days at work are probably going to suck. Tuesday is definately going to suck because they’re coming in at 3 and staying til we close, but I don’t know if it’s til the lobby closes or the drive-thru. I’m hoping til the lobby closes so I can clean in peace. After that’s over Sandra said she’s going to concentrate on my shift lead training, but we’ll see how that goes.

JJ’s being a lil punk, so I gotta go

My birthday was on Sunday, I am now 26. I’m getting old, but I don’t feel old so I guess that’s good. Can you believe I got carded on my birthday when I was buying beer for football? We didn’t really do anything on my birthday since I had to work that night. Instead we went to Outback on Saturday night for dinner, just Javy and me. It was great to go to dinner without saying “JJ stop that” or “Serena be quiet and eat please”. Sunday my mom took me to Target to get me the new Wii Sports Resort.

I had Monday night off which was great because I got to watch the Chargers game. You know the one that almost gave me a heart attack? Yeah that one. I hope we play better than that this Sunday against the Ravens.

Time to go get Serena, I was going to post more, but when I only have a few minutes and keep having to tell JJ stop playing with that it’s kinda hard lol

We went to pick up the puppy on Saturday. To answer Bella it was a pitbull puppy. Javy changed his mind when he saw the 2 puppies left. Why? Because they looked like our old dog, Klumsy a rat terrier, was their daddy lol. So Javy said they looked like ugly mutts and I’m back to not having a dog. Although for the next week or so Robert’s dog  Snoopy is staying in our back yard while Robert cleans up his space at his house. (Robert is Javy’s younger cousin who lives up the street with their grandma.)

Five more days of working. Eleven more days until my 26th birthday. I feel so old, and my aching back doesn’t help me feel any younger lol.

It’s too damn hot lately, I hate it. Serena’s doing full day kindergarten now, thank goodness. I hated calling every day to see if the back gate was open early so I could pick her up. Now that she gets out with everyone else I know the gate will be open. Speaking of picking her up I only have about an hour left before I pick her up, I have to go clean up.

Almost time to pick up Serena from her first day at her new school. They get out at 12:30 every day until next Wednesday, fun. At least I don’t have to walk too far in this damn heat. This morning Robert (Javy’s lil cousin) actually did come to walk with us to drop her off. I thought he was joking when he said he would be here at 7:45 lol. Serena’s teacher, Miss Yale, is the same teacher Robert, Jazminee, Miguel and a couple of their friends had for kindergarten. Pretty cool I think.

Back to work tomorrow, oh joy. I don’t want to go to work. Why did they have to give me so many days off in a row? Of course I’m going to get used to staying home lol. I wish we had been able to get me a car so that Javy doesn’t have to take me to work and pick me up. I guess we can still go after he gets off work and check out a couple places. I have been learning to drive his car, it’s a stick, and I’m doing pretty good. The only thing is that his car is hard to turn on so I can’t just take it to work cuz I’ll never get it turned on lol.

We’re getting a puppy Saturday. Javy’s uncle Ruben has one more puppy left and asked if we wanted her. We said sure, all I have to do now is figure out a name for her. Javy doesn’t like Ginger and someone already had a pitbull named Jade so that’s out too. Any ideas?

I don’t have to work until Friday. What am I supposed to do until Friday?

Wednesday is Javy’s 27th birthday, so I think the plan is to go have some drinks with his cousin Vanessa and her fiance Isiah. Also that day Serena starts at her new school. We have to switch her schools because I don’t have a car anymore. We did fix Javy’s car so that he can get to work and he can take me to work, or wherever we neeed to go. But his car has no AC. How can you survive San Diego weather without an AC in your car? It’s hard I can tell you that. So anyways that means that I can’t take her to the other school anymore so I have to enroll her in the school around the corner. At least I’ll be able to sleep a little bit more and get some workout from dropping her off and picking her up. I just have to get my ass over there and get her registered.

I’m also hoping that I can get something done with this site in the next 4 days. (I totally can’t believe I have 4 days off in a row, I’m totally prepared for a call saying Jenn can you come in tonight.) I want to make a layout and get it up, but don’t hold your breath because I’ve said that many times and nothing has happened lol.

Tonight we’re making steaks, baked potatoes, salad and corn. I haven’t cooked in forever because when dinner comes around I have to be at work. So these next few days I’m planning on cooking as well, and I’m excited about it. Maybe I’ll take pics of my beautiful meal tonight, if I remember lol. I need to upload pics to my flickr more often, I did it once and haven’t touched it since. I have tons and tons of pics, and probably stories to go with them, but when I sit down to post I have nothing really to say lol.

Last week Serena was at Javy’s grandma’s house with his little cousins getting her hair done because they love to do that with her. Serena told Jazminee that I don’t want Serena to look like Jazminee because I said she was something…a bad word. So Jazminee’s dad got all mad at Javy because they think I called her a bad word. Nope. I called her ass a hoochie because I didn’t want to say anything worse than that. Javy on the other hand did call her a hoe lol. There’s a lot to back it up, plus her myspace pics don’t help her argument that she’s not one. But whatever she wants to go around kissing whoever she wants and dressing however she wants go ahead, so what happens and where it gets you. I guarantee you won’t be happy with how you end up honey.

OK off to make the salad for dinner.

Lot of drama has gone on between me and Javy in the past few weeks. I was stupid and let’s leave it at that. I’m lucky he still wants to be with me and I plan on making it up to him for the rest of my life.

Yesterday I had the day off, so Javy took the day off as well so he could get some court stuff done and we could spend the day together.We also finally got the house sprayed for ants because it was getting to be ridiculous how many ants we were getting. Since we had to be out of the house for a few hours after they sprayed we went school shopping for Serena. It went nice and smooth too since she is in Tulare with Javy’s mom until tomorrow. We were able to get her clothes that were NOT pink or princess lol. She’s getting so big already, she starts kindergarten on Monday. Seriously? Monday? Already?! We got her a princess backpack and everything else on the list it said she needs. Kids need dry erase markers now, did you know that? I mean why do they need them? Whatever she has some.

When she starts school I’m going to be so tired, it’s not even funny. I’m going to be getting off work at like 1 AM, get home around 1:30, fall asleep at 2. Then I have to get up early enough to get the kids and myself dressed so we can drop Javy off at work, leaving by 7. Then Serena starts school at 8:20. Hopefully I can take a decent nap with JJ while Serena is at school. Tuesdays are gonna suck though because she gets out like 12 or 1 something instead of 2:45. Fun times.If we didn’t have to turn the camry back in (don’t ask) then my mornings wouldn’t be so damn busy, but we did and now I’m going to be sleeping any chance I get lol.

This past week has been crazy. I don’t really want to go into too much detail, but I will say that emotions were all over the place. We were together, seperated, about to be divorced and back together all in the past week. Words were exchanged obviously. But we’re past everything and working on becoming stronger together.

Yesterday I was looking at my videos on myspace and I saw one I haven’t seen in forever. It was Serena saying words she knew how to say when she was about 18 months. I forgot how much she did talk when she was that little. JJ is 17 months now and doesn’t talk. He says ba which depending on how he says it can mean bath or ball and then he says da which is usually when he points at stuff and is supposed to mean that lol. He’s a crazy one that’s for sure. He plays pow pow with Javy too, he socks Javy hard as heck and he just started choking him too. He’s gonna be able to defend himself at least haha.

K well I have to go to work as soon as Javy gets back with my car, which should be any minute now.

i’m super pissed off right now, but i need to post since it’s been a while.

i’m supposed to be at work right now, but javy got arrested. why? i don’t know for sure every detail yet. but i do know it’s mostly because my kids were not in their carseats when he took them to see fireworks. i don’t know for sure why he got pulled over, probably speeding like always. i don’t know why he’s such an idiot. and i really don’t know why i put up with it.

i’m gonna go try to get some sleep, goodnight.
